Service Level Agreement (SLA)

01 Acceptance of Terms & Authority

By registering for a PRNT developer account, accessing our REST API endpoints, or subscribing to our paid tiers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you represent an organization or enterprise, you certify that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

02 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

PRNT screenshot infrastructure is engineered strictly for lawful web capture, automated archiving, visual QA testing, link preview generation, and compliance monitoring. You expressly agree NOT to use the service for:

• Denial of Service Attacks: Generating coordinated high-volume requests to overwhelm or disrupt third-party origin web servers.
• Credential Harvesting & Phishing: Capturing private login forms, financial credentials, or distributing deceptive malware assets.
• Unlawful Content & Exploitation: Rendering or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, or non-consensual explicit imagery.

03 API Key Governance & Rate Limit Quotas

API keys assigned to your account are confidential cryptographic credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining key confidentiality and all traffic dispatched under your credentials:

• Key Secret Rotation: You may generate, rename, and revoke active API keys on demand directly from your Developer Dashboard.
• Concurrency & Burst Limits: Requests exceeding your tier rate limits (HTTP 429 Too Many Requests) are queued or throttled gracefully with sliding window algorithms.

04 Subscription Billing, Wallet & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle based on your plan selection:

• Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Dashboard with 0 cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
• Wallet & Credits: Prepaid wallet balance top-ups do not expire and can be applied seamlessly against on-demand API capture usage.

05 99.99% Uptime SLA & Service Credit Schedule

PRNT commits to providing a 99.99% Monthly Uptime Percentage for paid developer tiers across our global rendering endpoints. In the event of service unavailability, customers are eligible for service credits as defined below:

* SLA credit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident occurrence by emailing our support team with endpoint request timestamps.

06 Intellectual Property Ownership

We claim zero ownership rights over the websites you capture or the resultant image files generated via our API. You retain full copyright and usage permissions over your rendered content, provided your use complies with applicable copyright laws.

07 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PRNT Technologies Inc., its directors, employees, or infrastructure suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

08 Governing Law & Legal Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law principles without regard to conflict of law provisions.
